Every harvest is logged by colony, terrain, and weather. Nothing is standardized after it leaves the frame.

01 / ABSTRACT
Honey is not a fixed substance. It takes its instruction from soil, bloom, rainfall, and the colony’s own decisions. We do not correct those differences. We preserve the evidence of them.
Each lot is indexed rather than averaged: a record of what happened, where, and when.

Frames are hand-harvested, spun, and minimally filtered. We note the hive and the handoff, then leave the record attached to every jar.
